Healthy Living Week
A week of activities to help us learn about being healthy.
Recently at GHF, we were running around the field as part of our Healthy Living Week. It was about teaching us to stay healthy and fit.
Staying healthy gives us a healthy body and a healthy mind, which helps us to learn, concentrate and even sleep better!
We went running every day for half an hour, to help us become stronger. The first day was exhausting but as the week went on, it started to get easier. I ran 4 miles on the first day, but I forgot to count for the rest of the week.
